Shipping policy

Please note that during periods of extreme heat we will hold your order and notify you by email when it will be dispatched.

If there is a problem with your order please contact our Customer Service team Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 9.00am and 2.30pm by emailing info@carobforcooking.com.au. Please include a detailed description of the problem (with relevant photographs).

Ideal storage conditions are between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius and out of direct sunlight. Please do not refrigerate.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available within Australia and United States only.
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Shipping within Australia is a flat fee of AUD $15.00. Australian orders over $130 will receive free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping within United States will be calculated by weight at checkout.
 
Estimated delivery times

• Adelaide – 3-5 business days after dispatch
• Melbourne & Canberra – 3-7 business days after dispatch
• Brisbane, Hobart & Perth – 5-7 business days after dispatch
• Perth & Darwin – 5-10 business days after dispatch
• United States – 9-20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are not guaranteed.
